Ordermentum is an ordering and payments platform for the food and beverage industry.
By replacing traditional pen and paper processes with powerful mobile tools, Ordermentum connects the 60,000 cafes, bars, and restaurants across Australia with suppliers, helping to increase business efficiencies, grow sales and improve profitability.
As the sole User Experience Designer at Ordementum, I was responsible for creating and implementing the brand guidelines, developing innovative features, and designing intuitive interfaces for both the web platform and mobile app
Brand Identity
Defining the brands identity and creating guidelines that can be used across the entire company. This involved determining Ordermentum’s personality through tone and voice, the company vision and purpose, and business values
Design System
Creating visual branding guidelines and deciding on brand colours, typography, imagery, iconography and components to be used across the digital platform and marketing materials.
Feature Creation and Development
Through research with users and internal team, creating and developing innovative features for that platform that meet user needs as well as aligning with business goals and available resources
Interface Design
Ensuring design consistency across the web platforms and mobile app, creating prototypes to test with users and iterating on design to ensure usability and collaborating with closely with the web developers to build a user friendly and beautiful platform
